In July 2018 I was diagnosed with celiac disease. As a life long baker with a degree in the culinary arts, I began to realize that gluten free offerings are as mediocre as they are expensive. I set out to start my own home-based bakery that focuses on delicious yet affordable gluten free baked goods along with delightful traditional baked goods. It has since become my passion and it is my hope that people will enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them.
